Insurance

 

  1. It’s your right to choose who you would like to repair your vehicle. Lodge a claim with your insurance company (repairs cannot take place until the claim number has been accepted by your insurance company and allocated).
  2. Supply your insurance company with all details regarding the accident including the other party’s details and the police incident number.
  3. Bring your vehicle into Turner’s PB if it is roadworthy. If it is not roadworthy please contact us, we are happy to advise you of the process to follow.
  4. In most cases we can take photos of the damage and get you on your way. This takes about 5-10 minutes
  5. Once the repairs have been authorised by your insurance company, we will order the parts, if any are required, and send you a booking date.
  6. If a relief vehicle is required, we can arrange this for you (conditions apply).
  7. As soon as we receive the vehicle for repairs you can have total peace of mind as we handle everything from here.
  8. All work by Turners PB is guaranteed, we provide customers the reassurance and photo evidence that the vehicle will be restored to its manufacture’s specifications.
  9. You will be contacted as soon as your vehicle has been repaired, inspected, cleaned and ready to pick up.
  10. When picking up your vehicle we will collect any payment for additional work or excess owing on the claim if applicable. We regret vehicles cannot be released without payment.
